Chinese New Year 2020
This week we have been celebrating the Chinese New Year of the Rat.
The children have used chopsticks to eat their snack, especially enjoying the noodles, prawn crackers and home made sweet and sour sauce from Debbie
We have set up Easyfundraising to help raise funds for Pudddleducks Preschool and Playgroup, and anyone – literally anyone, parents/carers/grandparents/any family members/staff/committee, or anyone – that shops online can help do this, so please help raise money for your local preschool.
We always need your support and appreciate any help with raising funds for our setting and for the children to enjoy special day trips and adventures.
This is a really simple and easy tool to use to raise money for Puddleducks and it doesn’t cost you anything. Just go about your normal shopping online using your most commonly used retailers and you can raise money for your local Playgroup!
You can even download a reminder to your toolbar so when you shop online it will remind you and all you have to do is click on it to activate it and the money you spend will raise money for Puddleducks.
How to use Easyfundraising
1. Follow our link – This should take you straight to our fundraising page. Either create or log in to your account. If you are asked which cause to support, just type in Puddleducks Mulbarton Playgroup.
2. From the easyfundraising website click through to your chose retailer (e.g. John Lewis or Amazon) to make your purchase. The cost to you is the same as it is to all other buyers regardless of whether they are using easyfundraising.
3. The retailer will give you a cash reward which will automatically be donated to Puddleducks. You don’t need to do anything more!
The money raised will allow us to invest in new toys and crafts, updating the garden, Forest Schools, equipment and other activities for all the children that attend Puddleducks.
Thank you for your support!

Last month we were very lucky to be visited in group by one of our parents and committee members Audrey Costa who just happens to be a dentist. The children absolutely loved the chance to play dentists while learning how to look after their own teeth. Here’s what Audrey has to say about her visit along with a great guide for parents on caring for our little one’s teeth.
