A great time was had by all at the end of term Christmas party. James D kept us all entertained with party games and dancing; and each child received a small Christmas gift.

We wish all our Puddleducks children and parents a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. See you in 2017!

The new term starts on Thursday, January 5th.

The end of term Christmas party has been booked. This year we will be entertained by James D.

The party will take place on Friday, 16th December.

We would like to invite all children that attend Puddleducks to the party. Due to the number of children on the Puddleducks register, we cannot accommodate younger siblings for the party.

We would ask that all children are left at the party and that parents and younger siblings return at 11.30am. We will maintain staff to child ratios during the entertainment.

Children will need to arrive at Puddleducks for 9.15am, ready for James D to start at 9.30am.

We will be having party food and drink, which we will provide.

Parents and siblings return at 11.30am for the raffle.

This year we will not be having Father Christmas attend the party, but there may be some Elves!

Please note, there will be no afternoon session on this Friday.

Please could you complete the reply slip on your letter and return it to Puddleducks by Monday, 12th December.

Dear Parents/Carers.

As you probably already know, we are busy rehearsing for our Christmas performance, which this year is "The Nativity", a production based on the traditional Nativity story. The performance will take place on THURSDAY 8th DECEMBER at 2pm, in the Jubilee Room, with a full dress rehearsal on Wednesday 7th December, also at 2pm. If you cannot attend the Thursday performance, you are welcome to come to the Wednesday rehearsal.

WEDNESDAY 7TH - Jubilee Room

We would like to invite all pre-school children to attend the Wednesday dress rehearsal if possible. If your child normally attends a Wednesday afternoon session, please could they arrive at the usual time (12.30pm) having had their lunch. If they do not normally attend this session, please could they arrive at 1.15pm. They are welcome to stay until the session ends at 3.30pm, or if you wish to collect them earlier you may do so at 2.45pm.

THURSDAY 8th - Jubilee Room

Children that are normally in for only a morning session are welcome to bring their lunch and stay.

Children that normally attend for an all-day session will bring their lunch as normal.

Please could children that normally attend just an afternoon session arrive at 1pm having had their lunch. Parents will be able to take their seats from 1.45pm and the performance will begin at 2pm.

There will be a DVD made of the performance that will be available for you to purchase at the cost of £3.

We will also be having photographs taken by Janice Mark Photography of the children in their costumes, the week before the performance. These will be on display at the performance and available for you to purchase, with monies raised going to Puddleducks fundraising for the purchase of new equipment and extra-curricular activities.

All parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, siblings and friends are welcome to attend the performance. There will be an entrance charge of 50p for all adults, and refreshments will be available afterwards. We will also be selling raffle tickets at £1 a strip for the Christmas hamper raffle.

All children will be free to go home with you after the performance.

A note will be sent home informing you of your child's role. You will not need to supply a costume.

We look forward to seeing you all at our Nativity!
