Currently underway . . . .

The Garden has very recently had a make-over following the Winter.  With Spring and the good weather on it's way, the Committee, their partners, neighbors and Staff have given up their spare time to make the already amazing outside space we have, even more amazing for our children to offer fantastic outside learning and play activities, including Forest Schools.

We continue to seek funding or contributions locally and MALGA, (Mulbarton Allotment and Leisure Gardeners Association), have just this week (March 2019), kindly donated £40 from a raffle they held!  The money will be spent on seeds and plants, which the children can plant in the recently refurbished areas.  Thank you so much MALGA!

A really big thank you also to Sam Sturgis for supplying all the compost, gravel and wood chip for the garden makeover, and for all your hard work too.

The garden is incredibly important to us as it offers such variety in activities and ways of learning and we are very privileged to have such a huge and ideal space.
If you can offer your time, plants or donations in any way at all, these will be incredibly appreciated to continue to improve the space for the children who attend.
We thank you all for your efforts!

Puddleducks is delighted to announce the results of it recent Oftsed inspection – once again we have been rated 'Good' in all areas.

The Ofsted inspector visited the group at the end of September, and the results were published on the Ofsted website in October.

We are delighted with the results of the inspection, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff. Particularly noted in the report was the “quality of teaching” the children receive, and that they are given a wide range of opportunities.

I'm sure you will join me and the members of the committee in thanking our staff for making Puddleducks a 'Good' playgroup once again.

Outgoing chairman of Puddleducks, Sarah Haddon, said: “We are really pleased with the outcome of the inspection, and confirmed what we already knew - that the biggest asset of our playgroup is our staff. They are a brilliant team, who always have the children's care and wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do.”
