Fees and Funding

Puddleduck's fees are currently £4.00 per hour.   Each three hour sessions is £12.00 and a full day session is £26.00. A 50p per hour reduction is given to a second fee-paying child.

Breakfast Club runs from 8am and is charged at £5 if breakfast is provided by us, or £4 if your child has already had breakfast.

Lunch club is charged at £6.00 and is provided by the child.

Fees are payable every half term and invoices are sent out at the start of each term by email. We welcome electronic payment of fees and we accept childcare vouchers.  Please contact our bookkeeper, Natasha Hall with any queries you may have at all or how to set up payment via childcare vouchers (This email address is being protected from spambots. We are now able to offer 30-hours funding and this applies to all 3 and 4-year-olds, living in England.  A child will receive funded early education and childcare until they reach statutory school age or attend school in reception class.  In the school term after their third birthday, a child is eligible for Early Years Funding.  Puddleducks apply for this funding and so sessional costs to parents are nil. Children whose parents choose to have their entitlement of Early Years Funding paid to another childcare provider will be charged the sessional fee.

We are also able to accept the government funding for eligible two year olds. This scheme is called 'Take2' and offers up to 15 hours of free early learning and childcare per week. If you have received a letter telling you that you are eligible, please bring this letter with you when your child starts. If you have not received a letter but think you may still be eligible for this funding, you can find out online at www.norfolk.gov.uk/Two-year-old_free_childcare. You will be able to check if you are eligible, find a childcare provider and complete a claim form.

Puddleducks is open for 38 weeks a year in line with the school term dates set by Norfolk County Council. No charge will be made during the school holidays.
